Learning Impact Foundation
Learning Impact Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to advancing education, youth empowerment, and women’s rights in Zambia. Our mission is to expand learning opportunities, mentorship, and life skills for young people, with a particular focus on girls and women, ensuring they have the knowledge, confidence, and support to exercise their rights fully.
Duafe
Duafe is a women-focused leadership and career development organisation that supports women across corporate, entrepreneurial, and creative career pathways, recognising that modern careers—particularly in technology—often cut across these categories rather than sit neatly within one. Our work is anchored in mentorship, career readiness, and access to professional networks. We primarily support women in corporate and early-career professional roles, where the majority of women in STEM and technology-related positions are situated, while also engaging women entrepreneurs and creatives whose work is increasingly enabled by digital tools, platforms, and innovation. Duafe operates a structured mentorship system that connects early-career women to experienced professionals across sectors. Through this system, we support women navigating transitions into and within technology-enabled roles, building career clarity, confidence, and long-term professional direction. In addition to our ongoing mentorship platform, Duafe delivers targeted early career development initiatives such as the Springboard Project, which focuses on women in STEM and technology-adjacent fields. Springboard integrates mentorship, role model exposure, and career development support to strengthen women’s participation and progression in innovation-driven environments. This grant will support mentorship scholarships for 10–12 early-career women in STEM, ensuring access to high-quality mentorship regardless of financial constraints, and reinforcing Duafe’s commitment to inclusive and equitable career development.

We are a youth led organisation focused on youth, women and pwds empowerment ,mentorship and innovative leadership.Among other programs we walk along adolescents girls and young women in Stem with our Dada stem program to ensure young girls in the grassroots are not just consumers of AI systems but they own the capacity to develop AI policies and this begins at the classroom room level. Helping them acquire subjectivity to co create and or become curriculum development agencies to shape up the future of technology
BeTechConnected
There exists a considerable disparity between the number of young people actively seeking employment and the limited empowering opportunities accessible to them. Also, a misalignment persists between the skills possessed by young professionals entering the workforce and the requirements of employers. This gap has given rise to BeTechconnected - a social enterprise that empowers and equips young people for the future of work and seeks to connect them to global tech opportunities. We are dedicated to fostering innovation, collaboration, and networking within the tech ecosystem.

Realworld Tech Innovation Center
Realworld Tech Innovation Center (RTIC) is a grassroots technology and innovation intermediary based in Kumasi, Ghana. We design, pilot, and scale inclusive digital and STEM programs for girls, young women, and underrepresented youth who are often excluded from formal tech ecosystems. RTIC operates at the intersection of STEM education, digital skills, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building. Our work goes beyond training: we connect communities to mentors, platforms, funders, and policymakers, translating on-the-ground learning into insights that strengthen the broader digital inclusion ecosystem. As an intermediary organization, RTIC bridges global networks and resources with local schools, youth groups, universities, and community hubs, ensuring that digital equality initiatives reach those who need them most. Our leadership team is over 60% female, and our programs are intentionally designed with gender inclusion, accessibility, and long-term impact at the core.

We believe that providing technical training for women is not enough; we strive to foster a supportive community for African women to grow personally and professionally.
Flourish Hub
Flourish Hub is a women-centred social enterprise based in Uganda, working to advance women’s economic empowerment through skills development, entrepreneurship support, digital inclusion, and green and circular economy solutions. Since our inception in 2023, we have supported 3000 women entrepreneurs to access startup and growth capital, improve their financial literacy and formal business training, grow their exposure to digital tools and tech-enabled markets, join business networks and receive mentorship.
